KVKK Disclosure Notice

This notice is provided under article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Data controller

The identity and contact details of the data controller are given in the company details section at the end of this page.

2. Personal data processed and purposes

• Identity and contact data (name, email, phone) — account creation, authentication, providing support.
• Transaction security data (IP, session and access records) — ensuring security, detecting abuse.
• Customer transaction data (message content, order and shipping records) — providing the service, conducting communication on behalf of the store.

3. Legal grounds

Data is processed on the grounds that it is necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract (art. 5/2-c), for compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and for the legitimate interests of the data controller (art. 5/2-f), and where required, on the basis of explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Data may be transferred, within the limits set by legislation, to suppliers providing hosting, message delivery and AI processing services, and to competent public authorities. As some suppliers are located abroad, transfer outside Türkiye takes place.

5. Method of collection

Data is collected from information you enter directly in the panel, automatically through the messaging channels you connect, and through system records.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, to request restriction of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
