Your line doesn't stop at the quota
When your monthly conversation quota runs out, messages keep flowing — no cut-off in the middle of a sale. If you exceed it regularly you'll see it in the panel, and we'll work out which plan fits you.
What you see is what you're charged
Prices are in US dollars and your payment is collected in dollars. The number on this page is the number on your card statement — no hidden conversion, commission or extra line item in between.
No surprise line items
You see how many conversations you've used and how much of your AI budget is spent, live in the panel. Your invoice is your plan's price — no meter runs on top of it.
WhatsApp message fees
A conversation your customer starts is free on Meta's side, and we don't charge per message either. Costs only arise if you start a bulk marketing send; those are billed directly to your own Meta account and we add no markup.
Frequently asked
- Does the number stay mine?
- Yes. The WhatsApp Business account is connected to your own Meta account; we operate on top of it as a Meta-verified Tech Provider. If you leave, the number stays with you.
- Do I have to set it up myself?
- No. We connect your number, prepare your catalogue and tune the bot's tone to your store. We watch the first conversations together.
- What if the bot says something wrong?
- You set its limits: forbidden areas are defined, every generated reply passes a quality check before sending, and you can switch automation off at any time. When it gets stuck it hands over instead of guessing.
- What exactly is an "AI message"?
- Every reply the bot sends when a customer writes is one AI message — short or long, each counts once. You track your monthly AI message allowance live in the panel. When it runs out there is no surprise invoice: if you have credit balance the bot keeps going, otherwise the panel tells you it's time to upgrade.
- Is there a bot in the CRM plans?
- No — the CRM plans are deliberately bot-free. They collect your WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger conversations in one panel and keep your order and customer records; your team writes the replies. When you're ready for the bot you upgrade your plan: the bot switches on in the same panel and your data stays where it is.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You can export your sales records to Excel at any time. If you disconnect a channel the data stays recoverable for 30 days, then it's permanently deleted.
